Hello everybody!
I hope you are all staying safe and continuing to do lots of fun things at home. Hopefully, you have all had a chance to have a go at the home learning tasks that I have been uploading for you. As it is now the Easter holidays, I will not be uploading any learning tasks for you to complete over the next two weeks. Our next home learning pack will be uploaded on the 17th April ready for the following week. Although I will not be uploading any work for you to complete, I will still be answering any comments so feel free to continue letting us all know what you have been up to!
Despite not having set learning tasks, there are still many different things that you can be doing over the next two weeks. For example, you could play on times table rockstars and challenge me or your class mates, you could read a book and complete a book task like we do in school or you could continue to access the useful website list for extra things to do. Alongside this, you could complete some Children’s University activities to go into your passport.
Here are a few extra websites that you might enjoy:
https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/ If you go to Year 4, there are different maths activities you can complete. These are focusing on things we have already covered in class but would be good practice for you 🙂 There are worksheets involved if you want to use them but don’t feel that you have to print them. Instead, you can write down the answers on some paper or tell an adult.
https://www.nhs.uk/change4life/activities Here are some more active things you can be doing at home or you could teach your parents some of the Go Noodle moves!
https://www.wizardingworld.com/collections/harry-potter-at-home Here is a link to a website created by J.K Rowling with lots of fun Harry Potter themed activities you could do. This is going to be regularly updated so keep looking back to see what other fun activities there are to do such as: How to draw a niffler. https://www.wizardingworld.com/features/watch-our-guide-on-how-to-draw-a-niffler-video
Have a fabulous Easter, enjoy time with your family and try not to eat too much chocolate!
Miss Ross 🙂
